Small Groups

Small groups meet to spur one another on toward love and good deeds throughout the year (Heb.10:23).  It is a great place to grow closer to Christ and closer to brothers and sisters in the Church.  The groups vary in size, but the purposes are the same: build friendships, grow in faith, and live life together.

If you are interested in knowing who is the leader of each group, where they meet, please call the Church Offices (314-739-8656).  Here is a list of small groups within the Church body at Maryland Heights:

  • Bear-Making (meets once a month at the building to create bears donated to a local hospital)
  • Bridgeton (meets twice a month; consists mainly of families without children living at home)
  • Maryland Heights (meets twice a month; consists mainly of families without children still at home)
  • Mealtime (meets twice a month around a dinner table at the building; consists of all ages, family sizes)
  • Seniors (meets once a month at the building, followed by an outing)
  • Theological Book Club (meets once a month to talk about a book the group decides to read; consists of all ages)
